Built by people who still run jobs.

FloBuildr is a South Carolina company. It started inside a working GC and roofing shop, and that shop still runs on it.

Two partners. One shop.

FloBuildr was built by Jake and Bradley. Jake builds the software. Bradley owns and runs MCA Construction & Roofing. The product exists because that shop needed a system, not because we set out to start a software company.

Jake

Builds FloBuildr. Changes land against the jobs MCA is actually running, so the product gets shaped by field and office use, not by a feature list written in a vacuum.

Bradley McHugh

Co-founder and owner of MCA Construction & Roofing. Runs crews, sells work, and uses FloBuildr as the operating system for that company. If it does not work in his shop, it does not ship.

Used on real jobs before it is offered to anyone else.

MCA is not a logo we borrowed. It is the company we built FloBuildr inside, and it is still the proving ground. Estimators, office, project managers, employees, and subs are on the same account. Features land on live work. What fails in the field gets changed.

20+ jobs run end to end · about 30 people in the system, zero per-seat cost · about $1M of work in progress

From MCA Construction & Roofing, co-founder Bradley McHugh’s own company, running FloBuildr. This is founder-operator experience, not an arm’s-length case study.

Work on an active job site

Roofing is where we started. It is not the whole of it.

MCA takes roofing and GC work. That is why FloBuildr is deepest there: live supplier pricing, roof measurements, change orders, and costing on the same job. Remodelers, specialty trades, and light commercial run on the same product. Who it is for.

The product is shaped by how we had to work.

Unlimited users

Per-seat tools taught us to leave people off the system. Crews, estimators, and office all belong on the same jobs. One company price. We were not going to build a seat tax into our own shop.

No feature tiers

Platform is the full product. Estimating, production, costing, portal, workflows, and SMS are on from day one. You can start with the parts you need. You are not paying extra to unlock the rest later.

Early adopter pricing

$399 a month, or $349 billed annually, for the whole company. That is a published price, not a quote. We named it early adopter pricing because we are still bringing the first companies on.

“We’ve done about 20 jobs end to end, with around 30 people in the system, employees and subs. Estimates go out with e-sign so we’re not chasing PDFs. Workflows handle the follow-ups that used to eat the day. Customers get a portal and pay right there. Sales, office, and project management stay on the same job the whole way through. Even though we’re busier, I estimate we’re saving 30 to 40 hours a week across the company.”
