Yes. Office, estimators, project managers, and crew all count as zero. Price is set for the company, so putting more people on jobs never raises the bill.
You get a warning as you approach the limit and can add a usage pack for that meter. Storage, email, SMS, property lookups, and AI are metered separately, so one heavy month in one place doesn’t cost you the others.
