The jobsite runs on the same record the office does

Assignments, clock-in, photos, punch lists, and checklists write to the Job Profile from the field, on the same FloBuildr login, gated by role.

Assignments the crew can acknowledge

Assign a job, a section, or a worksheet line to a crew member. They see an acknowledge checkbox on their assignment. The office can see who has checked in that they have the work. Progress on those assignments rolls up to the job.

Field assignment with crew acknowledgment on a job

Clock in and out with location on the punch

Crews clock in from a company time clock, on the web or the phone, and optionally name the job they are at. GPS is recorded with the entry. The office reviews punches on the timesheet, with a map of where they clocked in and out, and exports CSV for payroll. Location is recorded. It is not used to approve or reject a clock-in.

Punch lists and checklists completed from the slab

Log punch items, including by voice-to-text for the title, and complete checklists without walking back to a truck for a laptop. Closeout items get tracked the moment someone notices them, not at a final walkthrough.

A contractor on an active job site reviewing work

The field writes to the same record.

Clock in with the location attached, photograph the work, close punch items, and it all lands on the job the office is watching.
